Is the home located along a river with mountain views?  
Is the home within walking distance of fine restaurants, shopping, etc?  
Is there a city park within steps of your front door?  
Does the home have a walk-out to open space or a river?  
Is there trail access outside your backdoor?  
Is the landscaping low water consumption?  
Are there EPA Water Sense plumbing fixtures?  
Does the home have insulated Low E glass ENERGY STAR qualified windows to save energy and reduce sunlight damage to furnishings and floor coverings?  
Does the home closed cell spray foam insulation with blown insulation in the attic?  
Does the home have closed cell spray foam with blown insulation in the exterior walls?  
Does the home have an independent third-party inspect the insulation?  
Does the home have 40 year shingles?  
Is it an ENERGY STAR® qualified home? ENERGY STAR means your home is well sealed to lower your heating bills and your carbon footprint.

Tyvek® is an engineered product made by spinning extremely fine high-density polyethylene (HPDE) fibers that are fused together to form a strong, uniform web. ENERGY STAR® Qualified Homes with an ENERGY STAR certificate showing the Home Energy Rating System (HERS®) score for your home. The lower the score, the closer your home is to a Net Zero Home. A Net Zero Home will produce its own energy needs.
